Yes — provided you verify RERA registration, NA (Non-Agricultural) status, clear title deed, and encumbrance certificate. All Goldmark plots come with these pre-verified, giving you complete legal clarity before any payment.
The essential documents are: 7/12 extract (title proof), NA order, encumbrance certificate (last 30 years), approved layout plan, RERA certificate, and NA tax receipts. Goldmark provides all of these at your site visit — no need to source them separately.
RERA (Real Estate Regulation and Development Act) requires developers to register all projects, disclose all documents publicly, and maintain a 70% escrow on collections. It protects buyers from delivery delays and misrepresentation.
NA (Non-Agricultural) land conversion is a government order permitting land to be used for residential purposes. Without NA status, you cannot legally construct a residential building.

NRI Investors
Absolutely. NRIs can purchase residential land in India under FEMA regulations. We have a dedicated NRI desk that manages documentation, power of attorney, and repatriation processes. 25% of our investors are NRIs from the US, UK, UAE, and Singapore.
NRIs can complete the entire purchase remotely via Power of Attorney (PoA). The PoA is attested at the Indian Embassy/Consulate and sent to Goldmark's legal team. Registration is then completed on your behalf. Sale proceeds can be repatriated to your country of residence under FEMA guidelines.
Booking Process
After booking: (1) A dedicated relationship executive is assigned. (2) You receive your plot allotment letter and all legal documents. (3) Payment schedule is confirmed. (4) Possession is handed over as per the agreed timeline with all infrastructure in place.
